Aloe Vera
Rich in vitamins and minerals, Aloe Vera has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years, and for good reason. We love it for its antibacterial and antioxidant properties, which is why you'll find it running through so many of our products. It soothes, it hydrates, and it works beautifully alongside other ingredients to calm and nourish your skin. It's the quiet overachiever of the plant world, and we couldn't do without it.
Peppermint Oil
There's a reason peppermint has been used as a remedy for centuries, it's brilliantly versatile. The menthol content gives it that distinctive cooling sensation, but it does far more than just tingle. It soothes, refreshes, and has natural anti-inflammatory properties that make it ideal for products that need to calm and comfort. We love peppermint for its ability to bring tired, overworked skin (and lips) back to life, and the scent is rather lovely too.
Hibiscus Flower Extract
If Aloe Vera is the quiet overachiever, Hibiscus is the show-stopper. Known by some as the "Botox plant" (which gives you a fair idea of what it can do), it's packed with antioxidants and has a naturally high acid content that combats the free radicals known to cause wrinkles. It's one of those ingredients that sounds almost too good to be true, but the science backs it up. We use it in our most advanced skincare products because, quite simply, it earns its place.
Arnica Montana
Arnica is one of those ingredients that's been relied upon for so long it almost feels like an old friend. Traditionally used for inflammation and pain relief, this powerful member of the daisy family is a herbal remedy with serious credentials. It's brilliant for soothing sore muscles, reducing swelling, and helping the body recover after a tough day. Our products simply wouldn't be what they are without it, it's the backbone of some of our most-loved formulas.
