Note - we do not offer next day service to Northern Ireland - NI.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment processing time
All orders placed before 1pm are endeavoured to be processed same day. On occasion of significant order volumes, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For DPD, our cut-off for next day service is 12:00 Noon on each business day. Please note, DPD do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
For Amazon Next-Day, please note, not every post code in the UK is eligible for Amazon next day, due to their later allowed order time. We will arrange to send via another next day carrier if Next-Day Amazon is not available at dispatch, or refund the additional next day charge over standard shipping charge if a next-day option is not available.
Shipment to P.O. boxes - We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO/ APO Addresses.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Harrogate Organics Company ships to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland. We also ship to:
United States of America, Canada, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland and Isle Of Man.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Harrogate Organics Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
While we strive to facilitate customs clearance for your parcel, we recommend verifying with your local customs authorities prior to purchasing / importing any items that may be subject to restrictions or charges. As the importer of goods shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the delivery country. Please note that customs authorities may inspect cross-border shipments. Harrogate Organics cannot be held responsible for any fees, seizure, or disposal by customs. Applicable to specific shipping destinations.
Damages
Harrogate Organics Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
