As long as the package has been unopened in the case of a tamper proof seal, or unused in the case of candles for example, please pack it well and put it back in the post to us with your name and email address. Do not worry. All our shipments are fully insured and protected. They are also signed for, so you have peace of mind that they will get there! If for any reason they don't arrive as expected, please let us know so we can chase it for you, or send an immediate replacement if we discover its been lost.

So if ordered through the week (on a business day) please allow two full days for your item to get there, however if ordered over the weekend please allow an extra day.
