SOCIAL MEDIA PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Harrogate Organics and Soak&Sleep Prize Draw 

  1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Strive Group Brands Ltd T/A Harrogate Organics, 30 Freemans Way, Harrogate, HG3 1DH. This promotion is run in collaboration with Soak&Sleep. 

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

  1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 

  1. To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period: 

  • Follow @harrogateorganics and @soakandsleep on Instagram;
  • Like the promotional post; and
  • Tag another Instagram account in the comments of the promotional post.
  • Each separate tagged account counts as one entry.
  • Multiple entries are permitted. However: 
    • Each tag must be of a real account.
    • Tagging fake accounts will not count as valid entries.
    • Bulk, automated or bot-generated entries are prohibited.
    • Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void. 

  1. No responsibility is accepted for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault of any kind. 

  1. The opening date for entries is 09.00am on 19th March 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 29th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.  

  1. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 30th March 2026 "Draw Date"). 

  1. The winner will receive a bundle comprising:  

1 x Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray 150ml; 

1 x Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray 100ml; 

1 x Harrogate Organics Night Cream, Harrogate Organics Harrogate Organics Rescue Balm

1 x Harrogate Organics Sleep Calming Pillow Spray 

1 x Soak&Sleep Eye Mask 

1 x Soak&Sleep Turkish Cotton Robe 

1 x Soak&Sleep Silk Pillow Case Pair 

1 x Soak&Sleep Silk Hair Wrap 

  1. The winner will be notified by direct message to the social media account used to enter on 30th March 2026 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

  1. The Promoter will never request payment details. 

  1. The Promoter will supply the prizes under the Harrogate Organics brand and Soak&Sleep will send the prizes under the Soak&Sleep brand. Prizes may, therefore, arrive separately.   

  1. Prizes supplied by the Promoter will be sent to the winner by post within 5 days of accepting the prize and providing their address and delivery is limited UK addresses only. 

  1. The Promoter will share the winner’s name and postal address with Soak&Sleep for the purpose fulfilling their obligations to ship the Prizes within 5 days of receiving the winner’s name and address. 

  1. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.  

  1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media site where it may appear. 

  1. By entering, participants confirm that they release Facebook, Instagram or any other social media site where it may appear from any liability in connection with the promotion. 

  1. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other social media site where it may appear. 

  1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Strive Group Brands Ltd T/A Harrogate Organics, 30 Freemans Way, Harrogate, HG3 1DH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county  being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

  1. The winner may also be announced via a social media story or post on Facebook, Instagram or any other social media site where the promotion may appear. 

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

  1. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
