5-HTP may help promote and increase healthy serotonin levels in the body to better promote restful sleep, improved mood, manage stress, and decrease sugar cravings.

5-HTP is a natural product from the Griffonia seed. It is a chemical precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin, and is known and reported helping with the following:

• May help to balance your mood naturally 
• Works on helping to improve sleep quality
• Aids to help reduce and alleviates migraines.
• Supports the fight against fatigue and anxiety.

Take 1 tablet daily with a full glass of water, ideally on an empty stomach or a carbohydrate only snack.

Allow 3-6 weeks to allow establish the full potency of 5-HTP.

One tablet provides: Griffonia Seed Extract*- providing 5-HTP 100mg*
